Bill and ted excellent adventure theme. Bill & Ted: Encare a musicaux. You were born between 1975 and 1985. I don't know if I would of enjoyed this film if the first two weren't such a big part of my childhood. I smiled continually while watching the film, though it is very flawed. Perhaps that's one of its endearing qualities. All three films are a very positive affairs, verging on having a childish innocence. I think that is the series ultimate charm. Two friends that just want people to be happy. But I can see why others won't find what they are looking for while bouncing around time with Bill &Ted. Millennials will be stoked.

I went in with low expectations. I was very skeptical about how early-90's humor was going to translate to 2020, especially with all the very serious things going on in the world now. br> It definitely wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It manages to recapture some of the dumb charm of the previous movies. There are a few funny moments.
But still. It wasn't necessary. The main gripe I had with it is how similar it was to Bogus Journey. Almost the same movie in a lot of ways. Why did we need that after 30 years?
I'm not one of those incel reviewers who gets super upset whenever women or black people get leading roles in a movie, but in this case I gotta agree that the segments with Bill and Ted's daughters were painful to watch. Not because they were female, but because the idea of having the daughters do 1:1 impressions of Bill and Ted was not a good one and it took up way too much screen time for a bit that wasn't that funny to begin with.
Even Bill and Ted themselves seemed like they were just going through the motions in parts. br> I didn't hate it and that's the best I can say.
